Project Manager - Luxury Hospitality and Super Prime Residential Development

£40,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience

Hybrid working - 4 days per week in the office

An incredible opportunity has arisen for a driven, detail-oriented, commercially-minded and client facing Project Manager to join a market-leading boutique consultancy operating at the forefront of the super prime residential development and luxury hospitality industries.

 

Based in stunning offices in the heart of Central London, this is a pivotal role for the company which offers a range of sales, marketing and branding strategy services to its high end property developer and operator clients, many of them household names.

 

Working as part of a close-knit team, you will take responsibility for the complete lifecycle of all aspects of their client projects across their portfolio, acting as main point of contact with the client and central cog in the wheel building relationships with and coordinating all third parties (for example architects, designers, sales agents, end users, lawyers), conducting detailed research and using your market knowledge to assist the client with pricing, placemaking and the development of their sales and/or marketing strategies, defining the project programmes, briefing and project management of the creative team for all collateral design, asset management, working closely with your client teams for the production of sales documentation and much more. A fantastic, varied role which also offers masses of scope for progression in addition to friendly, supportive colleagues.

 

Ideally you will be a graduate with 4 years+ experience within the prime residential or hospitality real estate development industries or similar, have a passion for luxury hospitality, possess demonstrably strong research skills, first class communication / people skills and sound commercial acumen. The role would suit a candidate who enjoys a fast paced advisory role, is happy in a smaller company, is open to occasional international travel and isn’t phased by deadlines.
