French Speaking IT Project Manager

A well known and hugely regarded global company based in Egham is looking for a French speaking IT Project Manager with first rate project management skills to join their busy team. 

 

The core function of this role is coordination within their Engineer Delivery Services team. You will be responsible for developing collaborative partnerships with all their stakeholders, working with end user customers, vendors and internal colleagues in pursuit of core IT delivery for the business.

 

This position couples excellent understanding of IT Network Infrastructure along with a good working knowledge of project management methods and techniques. To be successful in this role it is imperative that you are self-motivated, proactive, possess excellent written and oral communication skills and are extremely well organised.

 

This role is a full time hybrid position, 5 days per week with 3 days per week minimum requirement in Egham. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between customers and vendors through all aspects of Infrastructure delivery

  • Support the planning, problem coordination and implementation of our key services from single instances to large scale project deployments.

  • Evaluate elements of installation processes through requirements gathering, testing, research and investigation and make recommendations for improvements that result in increased quality and efficiency

  • Listen to and evaluate customer needs to provide high quality solutions that align with customer expectations

  • Protect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follows security policies and procedures

  • Applies fundamental knowledge of professional concepts and company objectives to resolve routine to moderately complex issues in creative and effective ways

  • Ability to identify risk and develop mitigation plans

 

Qualifications

  • Full business proficiency in French and English 

  • Solid understanding of IT networks and technologies

  • Proven success in project management, preferably across multi country deployments

  • Excellent communication, documentation and analytical skills, with attention to detail

  • Ability to be innovative and adapt to changing priorities quickly 

  • Possess great relationship building skills, with the ability to work on their own and with teams

  • Exceptional customer service skills
