Junior PA to Director

Based Central London

£30,000 - £36,000

ASAP Start

Due to a promotion amongst the team an incredible opportunity has arisen for a sparky, well presented, detail-oriented and personable candidate with great organisation and client facing skills to join a market-leading boutique consultancy operating at the forefront of the super prime residential property development and luxury hospitality industries as Junior PA to their Director.

Based in stunning offices in the heart of Central London, this is a pivotal role for the company which offers a range of marketing and branding services to its very high end property development and hospitality clients, amongst them the most stylish and hottest hotels and restaurants in the world.

Working closely with their inspirational and extremely lovely Director, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of both their business and personal life: managing an extremely busy diary, organising complex travel, managing emails and inboxes, scheduling meetings and calls, liaising with schools, booking personal appointments, running errands and more.

I'm looking for a candidate with some experience in a supporting role, but equally as important will be outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and organisation skills, an unflappable, professional demeanour, and for someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything to ensure that the Director has what they need, with nothing too much trouble. Super lovely colleagues, a relatively flat structure and a fab working culture are on offer, in addition to masses of scope for progression, as they like to develop their staff and promote from within.

Ideally you will be a graduate with 2 years+ experience in a similar role. The role would suit a candidate who enjoys a fast paced role, is happy in a smaller company, is open to occasional international travel and isn’t phased by working to deadlines.

This role will be gone quickly. If this sounds like you please apply today or contact me for more information.

Hours: Full Time (Office based - not hybrid working)

Benefits: Pension contributions, 20 days holiday + Christmas, discretionary bonus
