An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a leading interior architecture and design company and the team behind some of the world’s most iconic residential and hospitality interiors. My client - a boutique and very successful name in the industry - is looking for a confident, highly organised and experienced Studio Manager to take the lead in studio operations in an interesting, varied role with lots of responsibility.
Working closely with the Directors and senior management team, you’ll have lots of autonomy from day one with responsibility for project resourcing, HR and finance admin, PR, events and office management, as well as reporting to the board, liaising with clients and supporting the Directors in their own business development. A varied lynch-pin type role where no two days will be the same and a truly fabulous opportunity for a self starter candidate who thrives in a meaty role. The environment in the Studio is fast paced and friendly with creative colleagues at the top of their game and this role sits at its centre, helping to shape the energetic, supportive and collaborative culture.
Ideally you’ll be a graduate with some commercial operations experience under your belt, ideally again at least 2 years of which in a similar role from within the industry, but far more important will be outstanding communication (spoken and written) skills, an ability to spin multiple plates, energy and dynamism.
